Marlene is dedicated to living, loving and serving from her heart. For over 20 years, she has been working with alternative healing methods, particularly through energy healing. Her work with groups and individuals both as a therapist and a teacher integrates the body-mind-spirit connection and emphasizes relationship as the foundation of healing. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago. She is a graduate of the 4-year Foundations Course of the Full Spectrum School of Healing & Self Transformation, and completed several additional years of Teacher Training at that school.

Cindy McKeever, JD is the Assistant Director at Inner Source Healing. She has been a seeker of Truth for most of her life and has found a path to all that she longs for. She started her professional career as a trial lawyer, and later completed numerous trainings, including sound healing and holistic health.  She has had a private practice as a healer and holistic health counselor since 2000.   She became a student at Inner Source in 2005 and became a Teacher in 2011.  She has been blessed with the ability to create personal abundance and has a deep longing to share this gift with others. She has helped to create Inner Source’s periodic retreats on finding true abundance in one’s life, and she has also been the seminal creator of the “Foundations of Happiness” series, now in its fourth year.

Amy Steffen, MEd has practiced as a healer for 30 years. During the first 20 years of her career, she supported leaders to share their vision and align their teams and organizations, facilitating decisions and strategic planning based on the wisdom of the whole. Amy earned a BA from Haverford College, and a MEd from Temple University. Her postgraduate training includes the Organization and System Development program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and The Way of Love and Self Mastery programs at Inner Source of Healing. She has extensive additional training in practices such as Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search Conference, Real Time Strategic Change and adventure-based learning.

Barbara Badia, RN has been searching for inner peace and meaningful ways to serve others for virtually her entire life.  She is a certified hospice nurse and is also a Teacher for Inner Source’s series, "Human Anatomy and Energy Healing."

Carol Stalker, MS, RN has had varied experiences as a nurse, personal trainer, and energy healer, which have provided her with insight into the intimate connections between mind, body, and spirit.  She has a deep love for people and a passion for helping others achieve better health and greater happiness in their lives.  For over 36 years, she has worked as a registered nurse in home care, outpatient clinics, research, and surgery.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine, and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Boston University.  She has been a student at Inner Source since 2004.

David Harman, PhD seeks to foster a deeper connection to the Divine in himself and in others. He earned his doctorate in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Chicago, and is a licensed Psychologist who has worked in education and mental health for over 20 years. He is a psychologist at Progressions Behavioral Health Services, Inc., and also served for 12 years as an Instructor in Psychopharmacology at Immaculata University’s Doctoral Psychology Program. He is a graduate of the 4-year Foundations Course of the Full Spectrum School of Healing & Self Transformation. Since 2003, he has helped his wife, Marlene Keesler, make Inner Source Healing a vibrant reality in service to the Divine.

Ellen Grill, MS has been seeking answers to life's big questions her entire life, first in books, then through individual therapy, and finally by turning to the Divine within for Truth that she could feel.  It was through this path that she found her way to Inner Source Healing.  Ellen seeks to share the happiness, freedom and greater self-love and acceptance she has found with others.  Her longing for service began at an early age, serving as a volunteer in the non-profit community and then establishing a career as a fundraiser while raising her family.  She now serves as the Associate Director of Development for Riddle Hospital in Media, PA.

Ken Najjar, PhD, PE, has been a seeker of happiness and deeper relationships throughout his life. With advanced degrees in engineering and environmental science from MIT and Rutgers University, Ken has taught graduate and undergraduate courses at regional universities. As a professional engineer (PE), Ken manages the Planning and Information Technology Branch of the Delaware River Basin Commission and is responsible for the agency's network systems and data/graphics management as well as planning activities, including water supply and demand, water conservation, and land/water interactions. Combining his environmental and spiritual experience with his love of teaching, Ken brings to Inner Source his passion for healing and personal freedom for himself and others.

Lynne Pifer, PTA, a seeker and healer for many years, is a graduate of the Full Spectrum School of Healing Arts (the same energy healing school that Inner Source’s founders, Marlene and David, graduated from).  Her dedication to service has taken many forms, both as a volunteer and professionally: Girl Scout leader, preschool teacher, caseworker, counselor, volunteer and child advocate in a women's shelter, Big Sister, and member of the board of directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Crawford County. Currently, Lynne works in a nursing home as a physical therapist assistant, where she fosters deep connections with the residents, especially those with dementia.

Paula Lawton always felt that there was something more to life than what her family of origin told her.  After graduating high school, she attended the est program in Manhattan.  In 2007, she joined the Way of Love program, inspired by the growth that she had observed in her son since he had started the program.  Shortly after, seeing the changes in her, her husband and daughter also joined the program.  Paula has a passion and a willingness to explore her inner self and to help others to do the same.  Due to her longing to be a Teacher at Inner Source, she moved from northeastern Pennsylvania to Chester County to be closer to the school. She has helped develop the Inner Source’s anatomy & physiology program, “Our Magnificent Bodies,” into a multi-faceted learning experience.
